Course Duration
- Weekday – 40 days – 4 hours / Day – Feb 01 – Mar 28 – 9 am – 1 pm
- Weekday – 20 days – 8 hours / Day – Feb 4 – Apr 09 – 9 am – 5 pm
You will learn to teach 160+ poses, breathing excercises, meditation techniques , at the end of the course, you will have all confidence to teach hatha yoga, power yoga, gentle yoga, vinyasa yoga, pranayma and meditation to a group or as one to one.
